We need to get rid of him and establish a democratic country where Eritrea joins Tigray. If this is not practical we should get back the areas under Tigray that were taken from Tigray. We need to get a road map following the removal of Issayas afeworki.
1) Overthrow Issayas and bring him to justice for crimes against Tigray
2) Arrest all anti-Tigray groups in Eritrea.
3) Lay down the foundation for unity of all Tigrigna speakers
4) Build a national army and security
5) Build schools and universities to the benefit of all Tigrigna speakers
6) Separate from Ethiopia
7) Reconnect with our cousins in Asia
Build a robust economy - become exporters
9) Tigray-Tigrigni territory is most of central Ethiopia ( Gonder, West Gojamme, North Wello, Afar) including current Eritrea and Tigray
10) Make sure the Amhara are not a threat to Tigrigna speakers.

Let me ask this question. How is success measured or an action resulted in bringing intended desirable outcome. It is obvious your emotion is overriding your judgment. In my opinion, so far only Isaias Afework is a result based leader in Africa. How?

1) Eritrea's arch enemy are TPLF, he very well knew that. The perfect timing presented to him, he took out most of them; did not give them chance to be captured. A case in point, Seyoum Mesfin. This means all the TPLF mama snakes are taken out never to hatch dangerous egg.

2) Eritrea got all of the lands which it claimed historically is hers (also awarded by the international court). This is a huge success and big political profit. Eritrea recovered its land whereas Tigray shrunk in size and morale because of the hubris of TPLF

3) Isaias or Eritrea showed civility toward Amhara and openly regret they misunderstood Amhara in the past; where as the backward TPLF come out with its new upgraded edition of exterminating Amhara ( an open decree of genocide). TPLF lost both the battle and political currency. Now, Amhara and Eritrea are friendly people. They restored their longstanding boundary are ready to set economic integration freely and peacefully.
