The number could be inflated because they are making a case for genocide committed against Tigrians. There were several videos recorded and circulated by ENDF showing executions of unarmed youths of Tigray. The videos even appeared on BBC and CNN . There are many self inflicting evidences that support genocide case in Tigray. Now if the number is exaggerated, then it helps Woyane. Everyone will understand they lost all of them, more than the figure they mentioned, in the war - mostly after they invaded Amhara and Afar. As we know TPLF are the worst lair, a few years back in their regional bogus election they said 10 million Tigres were participated in the election ( imagine 10 million people above age 18 yeas and over). Given the median age of their population 20 years, almost there were other 10 million people not eligible to elect. The Tigred don't have time to do a house to house count of who was missed during the war, they don't have time they were running to save their arse from. This laughable. At the same time, I honestly believe no Ethiopian army, Fano or Eritrean army do atrocity to the people of Tigray. The TPLF itself has been doing.
