And rather than saying that the blacklisted agame officials surrender to their country's law enforcement with no shame said that tplf needs to withdraw from the Amhara and Afar regions and then negotiate with Ethiopia when he knows what the objective of the mission is.
In other words, he just said that woyane aka tplf is the leader the barren tigray while woyane's stand is that it doesn't recognize the ethio govt this nut case wants to negotiate.
