First we need to reform the African Union to end its reliance on world powers that finance 90% of its operational costs, then we can move on to creating an African Court to bring perpetrators to justice. First thing first!

The US is not member of the ICC. It doesn't believe in it. It won't let itself stand in front of these judges.
