The attempt by the agame to explain their devastating rout as a withdrawal, one that was dictated by the USA, has to be one of the stupidest ever. Has anyone ever heard of an advancing army, which has paid heavily, retreat hundreds of kilometres just because an outside power requested it? Besides how do these morons explain to themselves the tens of thousands of agames who died during the withdrawal, 18,000 of them at Gashena. What about the thousands who were stranded throughout Southern Wollo and Northern Shoa? The changing narrative from a strategic redeployment, to tactical withdrawal, to withdrawal to conform to US demands shows that Agame are desperate not to accept defeat. Inferiority complex is indeed a very serious disease.

As for Feltman, he is a shameless liar. We all remember how the USA and its western allies tried to create a psychological crisis by demanding that their citizens leave Addis. We have heard about Feltman urging Abiy to leave. We know about the alliance of stooges the US was preparing to replace Abiy. So how can this supposed mediator expect to be taken seriously when he lies so unabashedly. Next time he tries to visit Addis, PM Abiy should tell him not to bother, that he needs to publicly retract what he said about the TPLF rout.

Who said Ethiopians now even care a bit for what Feltman allegedly said or did not say. He could say whatever what he wants to say. The TPLF also has a right to follow him to the gate of hell let alone taking his orders. We don’t care. Just leave Ethiopia alone.
