The aszz hole is nothing but a street thug. US has the option of preemptive strike. Which he has never been bold enough to take that option. The US dances right infront of his neighborhood. We both are familiar to the quote "One Man's Hero Is Another Man's Villain"; yet, let me raise just a couple of issues.

You said, "US has the option of preemptive strike. Which he has never been bold enough to take that option." Well ... what do you think about the annexation of Crimea? Was it not a "preemptive strike"? A response to the threat of NATO's expansion along his country's border? Yes, it was!; and the NY times describe the incident as " The speed of Mr. Putin’s annexation of Crimea, redrawing an international border that has been recognized as part of an independent Ukraine for 23 years, has been breathtaking and so far apparently unstoppable."

Regarding your comment that " ... (he) is nothing but a street thug", when President Biden accused him as a killer, President Putin answered him "it takes one to know one. I know you are, but what am I?" and challenged Mr Biden to talk to him live on air. President Biden, refused! So ... who's a street thug?
