It is a worthless paper. Now, there is no any world force that even consider to put boots on the ground to save TPLF. That is what the letter suggests.
If I were Debretsion I would rather write to Abiy to discuss about the surrendering process. Thousands of lives have been lost, and he will save many if he accepts defeat and surrenders along with the people around him.

Now weyannes are cleared from other regions its time for Debretsion to sit down and have a growen up discussion about thousands of tigray youth they sent to certain death.what Debretsion achieved by attacking the North command.. I wouldn't be surprised if the Tigrian People hang them all on a tree.. regarding the letter tomorrow the souther region, after tomorrow Sidama region going to write to 50 countries as well. Pumped up ......
