These Fanos have been at loggerheads with the Reginal and Federal Gov't for they demanded that they ain't no man's fools. They are very well organized and free from infiltrators and saboteurs. They have limited logistics but more than enough courage to dislodge the rodents and arm and feed themselves with catches. They are proving to be effective and invincible.
