Well the leeches were reluctant to say it loud what they really wants because they know their capabilities that Tigray as it barren land which couldn't sustain itself. However, the leeches were doping the poor Tigrians that they were fighting for self determination and ultimately secession from the Ethiopian federation. but the Mayor of Addis went extra and just offered them a hand with a slam dunk statement that no one is holding tigrians to stay in the union (Halafi words). If they really wants to leave they can leave.

Now, what is the excuse of the leeches to wage war?
