- When the TPLF was carrying out massive scale genocide in the Somali region of Ethiopia, the UN Security Council never met, not even a single time, to discuss TPLF's crimes against humanity.
When the TPLF was carrying out scorched-earth raids and destroying dozens of Anuak villages in Gambella, the UN Security Council never met, not even a single time, to discuss TPLF's crimes against humanity.
When the TPLF was massacring Oromo youth who resisted Tigray elite's hegemonic power over Oromia's land and resources, the UN Security Council never met, not even a single time, to discuss TPLF's crimes against humanity.
When the TPLF was forcibly expelling Amhara farmers from their ancestral lands of Welkait, Tegede, Humera, Telemte and Raya, to annex the territories into Tigray, the UN Security Council never met, not even a single time, to discuss TPLF's crimes against humanity.
Now get this......
But when the TPLF massacred over 600 innocent Amhara civilians at Mai-Kadra, and carried out terrorist attacks against the Ethiopian northern command forces, the UN Security Council met 11 times within the last 12 months to discuss Tigray, where each meeting, fortunately, and rightfully so, was met with fierce resistance coming from China and Russia that made it very clear that, Tigray's issue doesn't warrant the Security Council's attention, and, if anything, it is an Ethiopian internal issue that is best left for the sovereign people of Ethiopia to deal with.
What this clearly shows is that, Tigray is being used as a condom by the global powers that want to screw Ethiopia and keep their d!cks clean. And, Ethiopia, to her credit, is fiercely resisting the rape of its sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence by keeping her legs shut!
Long gone are the days when a Neo-colonialist propaganda is swallowed whole and goes unchallenged, for the last 3 years have given us ample glimpse into the glaring double standards, cries of hypocrisy, and media bias, and, as a result, our political IQs have never been higher. Africa rising!
