While the the 2 forces momentum is appreciable; I feel like both forces would lose the war because of lack of coordination and en masse movement on the Galla side. This is because of leadership and confusion within the Galla community, imprisonment of Qerros. It would have been effective if there is civilian protest by blocking the roads, etc, like Qerros did 3 yrs ago, in conjunction with armed struggle so that would weaken the central government.
