That is a good news if it is true because there is nothing to negotiate Tigray with genocide criminals. They are in trap right now and a matter of days all to surrender. The ethnic federal armies are dispersing to their respective ethnics and there will not be any federal armies. The entire Oromo army will join OLA and control Finfene and will evict Amhara from their soil throughout Oromia, Tigray will do likewise from all looted lands and Qimant and Agew will do the same to Amhara.
I have weird thought about Abiy and Abdisa though, they may declare Oromia nation from Fenfine and rally all Oromo to escape ICC and protect by the Oromo people as independent nation. If I were Abiy right now that is what exactly would have done it now.
