The would be one-term President isn't going be knowing what is being done in the State Department that potentially could cost him the majority in the House and Senate. There are a handful of battleground states and congressional districts where a few number of votes could determine monumental elections. By the time the Dems know the cause of their losses, it will be a bit too late. Virginia is just a harbinger of what is to come next.

If you know that Georgia presidential and senate election was flipped from Republican to democrat by 10,000 votes then you would know how a dedicated slice of a community could play significance role on tipping the scale one way of another .
