They most probably know by now TPLF is almost finished. Why they keep posting a pile of lies ? It was a design to save the Adwa mafia from total annihilation.
The whole drama of TPLF’s trying to control Wello is to use it for a bargaining chip.
They know as soon as they set foot in Dessie, their allies in CNN, New York Times, Associated press, Washington post, and others write a story about the collapse of the Ethiopian army by a small, gallant insurgents from the north.
The headline it is time to negotiate, the Ethiopian army is collapsing would be in the making.
