I read through the article, after attracted to it by its catchy title, and they reflected on the "views" of 3 or so individuals, all from Tigray, and shamelessly dub it "global pariah". Why they think they deserved to insult the intelligence of their readers?

Long essay can't be a replacement for a content. The content is devoid of any substance.

How do they think that the people of Ethiopia are so stupid and give their voices in their droves (many millions, in the election that the same article admitted "Abiy Ahmed won in a landslide" but also failed to call it was rigged, to a "global pariah"?

CNN opted to stay in its club of fake media house.

I dont believe he got missed. Rather,
Amhara/Gurage around IVY League circles convinced his now bewildered handlers that the Amhara agenda with an Oromo face was the stabilizing path!
