Then take all Shewa soldiers bring them back to Shewa and renamed them Shewa Liyu Hayl it should be compromised of every Shewan including Addis Ababa Bishoftu Welkite, Mugar, Sululata, Debre Berhan, Waliso etc . After Hararghe Zone Police are formed and Jimma Zone Police, Illubabor Zone Army slowly, Dr Abiy can reverse Socialist Identity politics by Slowly evolving Ethiopia back into its peaceful zone system. Having zone police strengthens the Federal Police and Army their fighting capabilities to capture every centimetre of land in their own zone
