It is high time for a new ideology by Oromo, Sidama, Afar, Somali, Wolayta, Silte ... elites.

Oromo nationalists should stay away from the domination mindset of the northern elites and use the win-win approach to form a broad-based coalition that includes Somalis, Sidamas, Afars, Agews, Wolaytas, Siltes and other previously-marginalized tribes in the former empire.
