The signal might mean that they don't like to see peace, independence, interdependence, cooperation, etc. among African countries but wish hate, conflict and unfair warfare theatrical acrobats, etc. so that they may divide and destroy Africans from the inside or else get humiliated and destroyed like in Afghanistan, General Aidid's Somalia and all else. The over 100 million strong Ethiopians and the whole Horn countries are behind the current Ethiopian government and its leader Dr. Abiy.
