Although Ethiopia is not synonymous with Tigray or Tigrayan people and that Eritrea got its independence not from Tigray but from Ethiopia, it seems that a few Eritreans on this forum are haunted by Tigray and Tigrayans, to the extent that they're becoming more Ethiopian than Ethiopians, which seems to me quite ridiculous!

I concur with your take when you wrote.....acting as more ethiopian than the ethiopians themselves who happen to be the stokeholders (not a direct quote).

In my opinion,

There are here genuine eritreans and fake eritrean impostors as well.

There are few genuine eritreans but sadly ethiophiles and flip floppers in the mean time. I can name some but not now.

You have here tigriyans who pose as eritreans albeit they are few very few however, each of them holds multiple accounts (the website here allows it).

I know it would be difficult for non-eritrean to distinguish who is who BUT NOT FOR AN ERITREAN.

I ain't Eritrean or Tigrayan but know for a fact that Tplf cyber cadres pose as members of various ethnic groups or nationalities; i.e. they pretend to be Somali sometimes, Amhara at times, etc.

Rest assured the last thing I would like to be is Amhara or an idiot like you.

The Eritrean tigrayans have a hate and love relationship in here they are fixated on each other. Try to outdo each other. There are some tigrayans that pretend to be Eritrean. There are also some shabian who pretend to be amhara to get back at tigrayans. It is true that some Eritreans are so involved in Ethiopia domestic affairs. That one could say they are more Ethiopian then the Ethiopians themselves.

You make it seem ridiculous but yet it very logical and very far from being ridiculous. First and foremost it was the Eritrean forces who coached and helped the tplf to assume power over Ethiopia. But the tplf though, if Eritreans can put them on the Ethiopian throne they might also take them away from the throne on which they have put them. Bingo!

That is why the tplf refused to hand over Badime, a small border area clearly adjudicated and legally given to Eritrea even though PM Meles promised to abide by the decisions of the International boundary commission before that body reached its final decision.
BACK STABBING NUMBER ONE!
For no apparent reason Tplf got very aggressive against normal Eritreans residing in Ethiopia, rounding them up, jailing them, confiscating their hard earned properties and expelling from Ethiopia.
DEEP BACK STABBING NUMBER TWO!
Tplf mobilized, organized, trained and sent thousands of Ethiopians to go and fight the Eritreans, wars in which thousands of lives and limbs were destroyed on both sides, for no apparent reason other than envy and jealousy.
DEEP BACK STABBING NUMBER THREE!
As if all of these are NOT enough tplf used its new found influences, manipulated the national and international communities and practically worked hard to isolated Eritrea from the whole world so as to help impose all kinds of strange and odd embargo for decades together with small and big bad intentions and bad mouthing tricks.
DEEP BACK STABBING NUMBER FOUR!

Now, the current new Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr. Abiy completely went out of the the tplf HATE propaganda and HATE politics evil tradition and made peace with Eritreans and the Eritrean government in which case all the tplf stabbings and its painful scars are beginning to HEAL regardless of tplf's outrages and violent opposition to peace and healing to this very day. Under such dramatic circumstances and change of luck NO wonder if some Eritreans behave more Ethiopians than Ethiopians themselves. Who the hell in the world wouldn't do that if similar situations come to exist in their own specific case. Just tell me before being judgemental.

These might be the tip of the iceberg being told by a non Eritrean just to help you open your half cloudy eyes, saying, "yeees I seee...just thought!"

Actually you would have already gone flat even with a single shallow local back stabbing not to speak of several deadly deep back stabbings from which the brave Eritrean people, LIONS, recovered, alive and kicking strong.
