Although Amharic is not my first language the comedian seems to be pointing out the political and social dilemma within Ethiopian society frankly in a funny way to express it to a large audience without boring the masses. The question you gave is quite difficult as I could not understand the comedians Amharic entirely along with that comparing that with the song.
