Amhara should utilize their water resources, they dont even need The GERD dam to utilize their water. All they should do is, use lake tana and provide every household running water and use it for irregation. plus, plant millions of trees in Mountain of Ras dashan and prevent soil errossion which is flashed away by the flood.
