Re: BOOM! Done!
There are a number of them, to mention few:
- removing the cancer TPLF from its position of influence in the country, at one time it controlled around 80% of the national defense armaments, while hating the country to the core of its bone marrow. The entity is now sandwitched and its next fate is nothing else other than being suffocated in the rugged terrain of Tigray and wait for its final days.
- holding a very peaceful national election with a relatively better election standards of free and fairness for the first time in the long history of the country.
-filling of the dam and the preceeding diplomatic win at the UNSC over the adversary that was hell-bent on hindering the successful completion of the dam. This dam is now a fait accompli.
- there are a lot of other changes/accomplishments in the country that have also raised the livelihood of the ordinary citizens to a better level.
All these are greatest news, if seen fairly.

Re: BOOM! Done!
If I may guess this indicates that the level of construction and its holding capacity are far behind the amount of available water.
The rainy season just started and the filling is already finished, but the anticipated level of water supposed to be hold by the dam is yet not yet the total capacity of the dam.
If they finished the current phase of the filling in two weeks, then they could have also filled perhaps the total water requirement in the next two months, which would normally have more rain than so far in density and spread.
