This is my personal opinion but i know many who has been or currently working with this kind of organization in developing contrives shares it. many of UN peace keeping forces repeatedly accused of gorse human right volition of raping and molesting under aged girls and boys in Africa using their military presence. especially central Africa, Libya, Mali, Sudan, Afghanistan, Iraq, coulombic and many other countries but he one that i wrote had filled official complains and the culprits are removed among them about three Indian colonels and many French soldiers in central Africa and American marines in Afghanistan, Iraq, Colombia.
The other side of this abuse is buy the so-called humanitarian and aid groups. This groups mostly has a direct an restricted access in our civilian home and life style. This information is impossible if it was in the western countries under the privacy act. But when it comes to developing countries the are acting as if they are God. This access gives them a chance to identify the most vulnerable ones and make them their pray. Some of them even arrange for their adoption or migration to their home country or neighboring country and abuse the with impunity. I know one Red Barna Norwagian aid group employee by the name Jerry was accused in Addis, Ethiopian court and the aid group bribe the victim and jerry got away from Ethiopia free.
The third one is an extension of this aid groups at higher level facilitated by local employees and few foreign agents in the country the old officials of these aid groups and UN different organization used this kind of under edge girls and boys for sex and use the cover of this groups as a cover to come to Ethiopia and use the under world sex service. most of the TPLF owned hotels and massage houses around bole were catering for this UN and aid organization officials .
