Watch for the Merchants of Death - NGO,WFP,...Transporting Arms
The Ethiopian government must search every convoy (every truck) that supposedly transport food and medical supplies going to Tigray very thoroughly ALL the time.
The merchants of Death - the NGO, WFP, ... are the extension wings of governments that transfer sophisticated Arms, and Communications devices to destabilize countries or regions that they do not like.
During the initial phase these merchants of death - The NGO, WFO, ... will transport food and medical supplies in order to gain the trust of those soldiers inspecting or doing the search. Once the inspecting soldiers started to trust that "Only food and medical supplies are transported and start to not search thoroughly" and that is when the Merchants of Death Transport those sophisticated Arms and Communication devices easily.
Those soldiers inspecting or doing the search MUST NOT let their Guard Down during the Search. They Must do thorough search All The Time.
The Merchants of death - The NGOs, WFP,... are notorious for Bribing officers (People), hence, the government MUST be very careful and do thorough vetting of the process and individuals regularly.
