This fucker is the perfect example for a disgrace!
He wrote a book, entitled, "What is Africa's problem", in 1986, after seizing power. And his answer to this question was: "The problem of Africa in general and Uganda in particular is not the people but leaders who want to overstay in power."
Guess what! 35 years have elapsed since and the fucker is still in power!
