Amhara strategy was to keep ethnics in dark forever by not providing education to all ethnics as you witnessed there was no universities across ethnic kilils and very limited elementary and rare high schools until 1975 and still until 1991 but Tigray came and opened up elementary schools in every mender of the country, high schools all over and Universities and ethnics opened their eyes and learned great deal about themselves who they are and what happened to their fathers and grandfathers under the evil Amhara rule. Now every ethnic person writes, know who he or she is and asserted themselves from the evil Amharu.

- Mengistu Hailemarim is known for promoting mass education, opening roads, several colleges/Universities, factories, High school every Awuraja/Wereda, elementary, KG. Schools.
-- Infrastructure growth and expansion is a function of time, means it evolves with time. Had TPLF been in either the time of its predecessors, Ethiopia would have been the most sh!t hole country eaten up each other let alone, growth.
