- About a month ago his press secretary told the media that the Ethiopian army will not stop the war as they are getting ready for the final offensive. Abiy is still trying to cover up his defeat by a new lie that his army was ambushed while leaving Tigray.
- Both Abiy and TPLF have to be blamed for this war but most of the blame goes to Abiy for trying to destroy TPLF in alliance with Isaias and Gondare elities by endorsing Isaias's dream of seeing TPLF dead.
- Abiy is still dreaming the possibility of continuing this ugly war among brothers by recruiting millions of Ethiopians youth . Instead he has to work for genuine peace by distancing himself from Isaias and the Gondare ርስት አስመላሽ elities.His dream of ብልፅግና is becoming a nightmare because of his own miscalculation on how to resolve the deep and diverse problems of Ethiopia and his increasingly dictatorial tendencies.
