Ban Amharic , make Geez the national language of Ethiopia and English the working language

Post by EthioRedSea » 03 Jul 2021, 05:57

Amharic cannot be used as a working language as it is disuniting Ethiopians. The Amhara are primitive and backward, which means the language is also primitive and backward. The stories and the films we see are based on lies. The Amhara see lies as virtue like the term "Arada" which means those who cheat others are model of society and those who do not cheat are fools. Taking one's money by cheating or selling something bad is seen as a virtue in Amhara communities.

Amhara are not Christians. They are Christians by tradition and Christianity is used for maintaining state power. Amharas do NOT fear God because they are fake Christians. You do not kill some one because this is not in the way of GOD. But Amhara have been involved in killing thousands of people to just take their property etc as the case during Menelik's campaign in South Ethiopia.

We need to ban Amharic as a working language. The Amhara people need to use Geez or Tigrigna in their villages for administrative purposes. We need to use English as working language in Ethiopia. The Bible and many other historical documents including Ezana's stone inscription all are in Geez. It will be to give every Ethnic group a fresh start and force the amharas to learn Geez as any other Ethnic group.

The first known inscription left by Ezana was written on a stone stele in three languages, Geez (Old Ethiopic), Sabean, and Greek. By this time Ezana was ruling the kingdom himself, and he records the extent of his domains and some details of military expeditions to the north.

Ezana (Ge'ez: ዒዛና ‘Ezana, unvocalized ዐዘነ ‘zn; also spelled Aezana or Aizan) was ruler of the Kingdom of Axum, an ancient kingdom located in what is now Eritrea and Tigray. (320s – c. 360 AD). He himself employed the style (official title) "king of Saba and Salhen, Himyar and Dhu-Raydan".[1] Tradition states that ‘Ezana succeeded his father Ella Amida (Ousanas) as king while still a child but his mother, Sofya then served as regent until he came of age. He conquered the Kingdom of Kush around the year 350 AD.

Ezana was the first monarch of the Kingdom of Aksum to embrace Christianity,[2] and the first after Za Haqala (possibly Zoskales) to be mentioned by contemporary historians, a situation that lead S. C. Munro-Hay to comment that he was "the most famous of the Aksumite kings before Kaleb."[3] In early life he considered himself a son of Mars, but later inscriptions show a growing attachment to Christianity. His childhood tutor, the Syrian Christian Frumentius, became head of the Ethiopian Church. A surviving letter from the Arian Roman emperor Constantius II is addressed to ‘Ezana and his brother Saizana and requests that Frumentius be sent to Alexandria to be examined for doctrinal errors and be replaced by Theophilos the Indian; Munro-Hay assumes that ‘Ezana either refused or ignored this request.[4]

‘Ezana also launched several military campaigns, which he recorded in his inscriptions. A pair of inscriptions on a stela in Ge'ez found at Meroë is thought of as evidence of a campaign in the fourth century, either during ‘Ezana's reign, or by a predecessor like Ousanas. While some authorities interpret these inscriptions as proof that the Axumites destroyed the kingdom of Meroë, others note that archaeological evidence points to an economic and political decline in Meroë around 300.[5] Moreover, some view the stela as military aid from Axum to Meroë to quell the revolt and rebellion by the Nuba. However, conclusive evidence and proof to which view is correct is not currently available.

On some of the Axumite coins minted during ‘Ezana's reign appears the motto in Greek ΤΟΥΤΟ ΑΡΕΣΗ ΤΗ ΧΩΡΑ – "May this please the country". Munro-Hay comments that this motto is "a rather attractive peculiarity of Aksumite coinage, giving a feeling of royal concern and responsibility towards the people's wishes and contentment".[6] A number of coins minted bearing his name were found in the late 1990s at archaeological sites in India, indicating trade contacts in that country.[7] A remarkable feature of the coins is a shift from a pagan motif with disc and crescent to a design with a cross. ‘Ezana is also credited for erecting several stelae and obelisks.

We Amhara turn Geez into Soft and Smooth Amharigna we do what we want with it that’s why Amharic has small connections to other languages other then Geez

 8)

For example words like Hadish sound yucky so we changed it to Addis

Weha is more beautiful then Mai/Ma

Wendem/Ehit is more beautiful then throat scratching Hawey/Haftey :P

Must be because we live in greener climates then the rough Semitic speakers

We don’t like semetic rough words anyways we made it better

How come Aksumite never build castles and palaces?.

Aksumites were early Ethiopians with ancestors from Sabea in modern day Southern Yemen, The Sabean built Yeha then they began intermixing with habeshas creating Geez. Agames r not aksumites

Kichamo Komalo - Jealousy is an inherent phenomenon among green-eyed woyane leeches. While I believe all languages should be equally respected, I recognize that Amharic has been so refined and polished over the years that it is currently at its highest point be it in its application in art, culture, technology or politics. No other language can compare to it. Even the juntas & OLF shenies were caught communicating in Amharic. KIFU!

Slave Amhara,

Once a slave, always a slave!

Pure amharas are like Tigrayans - probably they are Tigrayans. The majority of amharas have assimilated with Tigrayan culture and changed Tigrigna and Geez to fit their genetic determined pronunciation issues. Tigrayans pronounce like Middle Eastern people because they are descendants of Aksumite Kingdom which used Geez as official language. The majority of assimilated Amharas are Bantu Africans who migrated from West Africa (Fulani tribe ) and Congo basin. The Amhara take lands from Tigray and other tribes. Wolkait, Raya, North Gonder were part of Tigray. Amhara have taken it from Tigray during this war. This is illegal and can have bad consequences for amhara people as they will be forced to leave and will have to pay compensations costing them billions of dollars. Such issues should be resolved with negotiations and discussion, not war. If Amara were Ethiopians they will Not take land from Tigray as Tigrayans are Ethiopians. Amhara occupy land every where in Ethiopia. they take land and settle in regions where there are no amara or have never been.

Time will tell what happens next! Stay tuned!

Kichamo Komalo - Slave woyane, you slaved to Yemeni, you slaved to fascist Italy, you slaved to shabiya, now you're slaving to Egypt and Sudan, confirming the legend that you were hated from inception and chained out of south Yemen to be in service of the Ethiopian rulers. Why else would Tigrinya sound like Arabic with a stutter? The stutter is the signature for your slavery.

You're inherently cruel, crooked-legged & ugly. Your throat scratching language made no improvement over the last hundredth of years while Amharic became softer and pleasant to the ears. Who in the world would want to say ዓይኒ with the throat when it's easier to just say ዓይን? KIFU!
