The security council must have conducted a record number of meetings to discuss how to bring TPLF back to Menilik Palace. They will keep meeting until forever. They will definitely urge the Federal Gov't to give unfettered access to aid delivery inside Tigrai even if TPLF controls the roads and the walkways inside Tigrai. Some officials in UN, who are not part of the TPLF food chain, would try to "urge for the Cease fire to be honored by TPLF" 
and wonder why their logical demand isn't getting traction with UN. After all said and done though, TPLF will never be what it once was and it never will be setting its chigaram legs in the rest of the country ever again.
