1) - The international pressure to stop the conflict, alleged rape, humanitarian and NGO access etc will decline from its peaks to the level of zero
2) - The federal government squeezes Tigray with budget so TPLF has to deal with the mess paying public services, infrastructures ....etc
3) - Western governments who were propping all this will have a poster child to feed for nothing eventually abandoning it to any bidder
4) - Abiy changed the rule of the Federation Institution 10 days ago by adding a mandate for the federal government to intervene on states affairs (this means the federal government will have a say on questions raised by the people of welkayt and raya. previously considered as the afair of the state they were in and that state should give them the liberty. if you remeber, the welkayt commitee had to get the approval of Mekelle before it goes to the toothless federation council. That is now changed
5) The top brass of TPLF is wiped out in this conflict. the jubilation in agames is a matter of time before it turns to fiefdom and infightings following the lines of awrajas domination. Adwans vs Endertans will have the blame and counter blame shortly.
6) The country is filling the dam in the next three weeks. Troops have already been moving out of Tigray for over three weeks now for election security and possible attack from Sudan and Egypt
7) Getachew Reda and remenants of tplf declared their fake "Alula Aba Nega Operation" while fully knowing that federal troops were doing a phased withdrawal and they were informed by the back door dealers of the U.S.A
It also appears that Abiy wants Tigray to declare independence much like somaliland, unrecognized by UN and its neighbours which will force Tigray to abondon federal budget hence extreme level of poverty. this will divide agames from their tplf leadersThe list can go on and on.
