The four possible positions on the Tigray issue
1. If you are principled ethical person, you will suspend judgment until you have the facts
2. If you are Tigrian, you will exaggerate and peddle fake news
3. If you're Ethiopian, you will downplay and call it collateral damage

I would never forget the brave fighters of EPLF who fought and gave Eritrea what they had. To me, they are the ultimate saints . The same thing for ELF fighters who did the same. But, the leadership in EPLF was far from perfect. No wonder the people of Eritrea find themselves in this quagmire. TPLF leadership and EPLF leadership were two sides of the same coin. I did post the same opinion on this forum some five years ago. The end justifies the means. As far as what is happening in Tigray, why are Eritrean youngsters dying for? Why the use the dusty town Badme to justify the horrible things that have happened to Eritreans when in fact Badme was ruled Eritrean in the first place.? Badme was an excuse, and it became a dangerous liability to the people of Eritrea. Any less intelligent but Patriotic Eritrean could have lead Eritrea to become the most prosperous and peaceful country in Africa. Twenty years later, youngsters are dying in a war that does not concern them. I am writing this to you for I believe you are a genuine Eritrean. For whatever reason, you have your own opinion.
