Isaias is suffering from a fatal brain tumor that will end his life . Knowing his adventure to destroy TPLF and Tigray has miserably failed, the alcoholic dictator looks highly depressed in addition to the impact of the brain tumor on his day to day life. This reminds what happened to Siad Barre of Somalia after initiating the war with Ethiopia some 44 years ago.
