Misleading Title

Safaricom participated in two bids, one with Vodafone to get a licence and the second is to buy shares in Ethio Telecom in case Vodafone fails to win the license bid. Now Vodafone group won the license, Safaricom doesn't need to buy shares in Ethio Telecom. The Vodafone group itself is now a competitor to Ethio Telecom.
