ያፍሪካ ቀንድ አንድነት የቀይ ባህርና የህንድ ውቅዪያኖስን ፖለቲካ ለውጦታል ። ይህን ነው አሜርካን የምትፈራው ። መፍትሄው ግ ን እፍኝ ከማይሞሉ የትግሬ ሽፍቶች ጋር መዶለት አይደለም ። ወላ አሜሪካ ወላ አውሮፓ የተለመደ እቀባና ማስፈራራት ባለፈ ምንም ሊያደርጉ አይችሉም ።
