The lost tribes of Amhara: The Oromigna/ኦሮምኛ/ speaking Amhara of Wolega(ቢዘን), Shewa( ጨዋ፡ፀዋአ) and Arusi (ፈጠጋር) provinces. Most of the population living in these provinces are Amhara descendants before the immigration of Oromo in the 16th centaury and consequently of the assimilation or Oromumization of the natives either by coercion or adoption. Although it is natural that communities in different parts of the world underwent through more or less thought such catastrophic events, the indigenous people however are not forced to alter their history. For instance, the present day Latin America was occupied by immigrants from Spain and in fact changed catastrophically the language of the Latin America, however the Spanish people trace their history back to Europe or Spain and accepted the right of the indigenous people with whom they later intermingled. In the case of the lost tribes of Amahar to Oromumization, they are miseducated or misinformed about their true original identity as a result of which they are murdering mistakenly their own distant Amhara cousins, because they think they are not themselves Amhara. This is the sad effect of the false inspiration caused by Oromuma.

Arsi are descandant from Dawro and Hadiya Peoples that speak a Ethio-Cushitic Language like Sidama its simple for Sidama and Hadiya people to join in with the Borana Conquerors through Gada System, Welega is mostly Shankila Bantu and Welayta people originally Welega was divided into 4 provinces Damot (Wolamo) Amphillo(Gambella) Bizamo (Gojame-Gaffat)
Amhara are indigenous to Semien Shewa Zone including towns like Aleltu Gerarya Sendafa Seywa Chancho Selalesh still wear Amhara attire and are Orthodox Abysinians that gone through Boranization. Southern Amharas were Oromonized from Abay River down to Entoto and Yerar Mountians this Boranization process took 250 Years of Violence Genocide and Darkness for them to Achieve.

Noble Amhara,
Thank you for sharing the map dated mid-19th centaury. In the past, Ethiopia underwent through various demographic upheavals and transformed itself a dozen times. Under all these transformations, the largest demography in ancient Ethiopia was ethnic Amhara. There was not any Ethiopian land in antique times that one would not find an ethnic Amhara, a case in point, Aba Behrey/አባ በህርይ/ was serving as the head of Church in Gamo Gofa. What this tells you is Amhara coexisted with all the indigenous tribes of Ethiopia peacefully and in harmony the vast territory of Ethiopia. And this has never been an issue since the little rabbit TPLF came to power. It did not bother any body until the Oromos were disoriented by OLF/TPLF. One does not have to go far that many of those who identify themselves are the lost tribe of Amhara. The physical and color texture of most Oromos is as identical as Amhara. One can't deny that. However, the difference between the lost tribe of Oromumized Amhara and the Amhara people is national psyche due to the effect of Aba Geda Orommuma on the former - they adopt barbaric violence emanating the childhood Orommuma rituals. Orommuma is not an innate behavior of the lost tribes of Amhara, it is a learned behavior.
