Looks like they want to sacrifice him for the ethnic cleansing of Tigrayans committed by his forces in Western Tigray as if the whole leadership of the region did not support the actions of the Liyu force and Fano. He needs to know that if he goes to Europe to his family,the Tigrayan diaspora are waiting for him with a lawsuit already on the pipeline. He will probably be the first person to be convicted for the genocide against Tigrayans.

I disagree. If you didn't notice, America has completely dropped the "Amhara forces should leave Tigray" demand. They stopped mentioning it once Coons were told that it was impossible. Now their demand is reduced to the withdrawal of Eritrean troops and full humanitarian access. And if you listen to the last message of Amhara president he clearly said there must be accountability for what happened in Ataye and "where Amhara police and Liyu were" while those incidents happen. So I believe the police commissioner is sacked and rightly so because of failure to do his job i.e. protecting civilians. I honestly don't think this has anything to do with the US unless of course we believe in some conspiracy theories. There is simply no evidence for that.
