In the long history of mankind, was there or has there been a tribe in this world that has been most offensive to most other tribes of this world? Is it likely that the tribe that has been most offensive to most other tribes of this world the least civilized tribe in this world?
I don’t know if there has been any social science study about the possibility of an inverse relationship between most offensive and least civilized exists. Whether it exists or can be made in the future, can’t this inverse relationship be an objective indicator for what it means to be civilized?
I ask these questions without assigning value or devaluing any and all potential historical values of being offensive by any tribe toward any other tribe.
This basic question came to my mind instantaneously when I heard the term “most civilized” come out of the mouth of the most insecure clown I have seen that I sometimes watch. Most insecure because in the presence of two other parties, physically or virtually, it appears that the clown always tries to position itself closer to one party than the other even when it is not necessary to do so.
