2. ICBMs are delivery system and nothing else; what do you plan on carrying to destroy the Aswan dam? Do you plan to carry nuclear material or maybe hydrogen bomb? Again you need researchers and infrastructure to enrich nuclear material and to research hydrogen bombs and to create working prototype.
Stop dream Horus; nobody will sell you a hydrogen bomb nor ICBMs.
Ethiopia will only get ICBMs if they invest in the infrastructure to produce and the research needed.
