Why is Afar helping Amhara and fighting Against Oromos?? Amharay is putting Afar in danger. Can Amhara fight by Himself

Amharay always hides behind some one. Why are the Oromos in Oromia standing and watching as Wello Oromos are fighting against several enemies?
What a shame !
