Halafi, forget about the Amharas’ “ Akaki Zeraf.” In fact, they are doing pretty good now. It is from your side the “ kebero” stimulation is lacking.
I was in Sudan when the TPLF was transformed from a ragtag insurgents to a formidable , in a sense , force.
When the famine became the world news, TPLF made it a bargaining chip. It made it clear to donors any food distribution in Tigray could be done only by TPLF. They rented several Sudanese warehouses in Khartoum that I know.
The new TPLF was born. Some say they sold some of the food aid to buy weapons. I do not know about that. But I do know they bought a lot of “ Kerberos.”
They have the food to give out, and the “ kebero” to drum, well, for the first time the TPLF support in Tigray reached to the roof.
Half of that equation is impossible to create again. There is no a TPLF that says the aid the world donates will be distributed by TPLF just because there is no TPLF.
But I cannot say hundred percent the “ kebero” will not be in play.
May be it is time to match the Akaki Zeraf , well, you get my idea.
