The guy speaking in this video and who face is purposely blurred says "come and join us in deserts/በርሃ to fight Tigray enemies"
Unfortunately they guy himself is not in "Desert/በርሃ ". He is in the city center enjoying his life and eating breads of donated wheat. look at the modern building on his back"
