Susan Rice & The Crisis in Biden's Africa Policy

Post by Horus » 11 Mar 2021, 02:42

I am Horus, I hate to mince words. Here is why the Biden Administration is heading for a policy of failure in Africa in general and the Horn in particular.

Susan Rice is an arrogant spoiled Jamaican power monger who had a life long ambition of becoming an American Secretary of State.

Obama could not make her the SoS because she screwed up in Libya and the Republicans hated her guts.

And, under Biden she fought so hard to get the State position but Biden said no. Biden not only likes the white East European Jew but Blinken has been his assistant for many years in the Senate and as vice president.

Biden knows that Rice has an attitude.

With Obama's pressure, Biden has to give Rice some cabinet post, hence the minister of Domestic Affairs.

But Rice is still influencing foreign policy for Africa, Why? How?

You see, Blinken for many, many years as aide to Senator Biden knew things about foreign policy legislation but not diplomacy which is the skill required at State Department. Blinken as the chief diplomat of America has a lo of knowledge about policy but not diplomacy and negotiation.

That is why Blinken seeks the help of Susan Rice.

But Susan as a nasty power seeker and angry black woman, she is literally misguiding Blinken and possibly Linda Thomas so that they would fail and prove Biden wrong on his choice of Blinken over her for the State position.

And, so long as Biden relies on the three black women - Rice, Thomas, & Frazer, he will fail in Africa and America will be beaten by China, Russia, Turkey and even India !

As for Ethiopia, America and or EU intervention will directly lead to the eradication of tribal ethnic politics as we know it and the restoration of united independent and proud Ethiopia, (with or without war of intervention).

The moral of the story - Anthony Blinken will be the victim of Susan Rice's Machiavellian power game.

Remember this post.

Tell Abiy to do the right thing instead of wasting your time trying to analyze what you do not understand! Which country/ government on earth allied with foreign force and local shiftas to attack his own people? That could only happen in Abiy led Ethiopia!

Susan Rice put a dagger into the hearts of Ethiopians and Eritreans by her support to the evil TPLF empire, thus damaging U.S.'s reputation internationally, not to mention causing the people of Ethiopia and Eritrea extreme distress after having to fight for justice against a cruel, barbaric and oppressive minority regime from Tigray. I regret voting for Biden. :x

Fiyameta,
If you remember at Meles' service Rice appeared to be more like the wife than Azeb and I never forget that scene. But this is not then. We hold the ground and all else follows that fact. I just saw a news that 40 foreign embassies being briefed in Mekelle by new governor. That is all, meet white man's curiosities because they are feeders of this cursed land. Whatever their curiosity is about it will happen on Ethiopia,s scheme. All else is empty drama and soon all the noise will dissipate. What is important is that our people are uniting as never before!

Follow the money trail. Susan Rice, when she was serving as a US ambassador to the UN, she was earning a yearly salary of around $179,000, yet her official net worth is estimated at $40 million dollars, a glaring evidence to the popular belief that US aid given to corrupt Third World regimes hardly leaves US banks.

Her laughing at the corrupt TPLF junta for "winning the election by 100% votes", was nothing more than her way of laughing all the way to the bank. Her transactional relationship with the low IQ agame can only be describes as: "You scratch my back and I scratch yours." She got the money, and the agame enjoyed diplomatic immunity from international condemnation to their genocidal crimes for as long as they did. Susan Rice is the prima donna in the cutthroat world of US aid business. She's the epitome of the Amharic saying that goes like: ሲሾም ያልበላ ሲሻር ይቆጨዋል!

Well said Hours! Regarding Anthony B, let's assume he doesn't do well in diplomacy but he should have known the UN's policy that states no one is allowed to interfere within nations internal affairs. This shows you his ignorance and arrogance to hi position. And of course disrespect to the people of Ethiopia. However, i do believe this moment in time, it is a great opportunity for Ethiopia to start the new and the real nation building. It is time to tell the westerners to shove their Aid to their azzzzz.

ZEMEN

In my view Blinken is in a period of learning curve. Under Trump US was essentially out of global politics, let alone playing hegemony. Then came Biden, long time senate foreign policy designer with Blinken as his aide. He coined a slogan, 'America is Back' which is a sort of Biden Doctrine. Is about being competing with Russia and China and holding countries accountable on their human right records.

As you well know the world is a very complex environment and the novice Blinken is going around telling countries what to do and how to conduct their lives. That is what we are seeing going. It will all explode back on their face. US told the Saudis who should be their effective king and the next day they went to Sudan to mess up American plan there. While America is pushing some sort of transition in Sudan, the Saudi are financing the status quo.

Blinken and Rice are doing what they know how to do- deal with TPLF (thugs they have known for 30 years). Remember that all of the current American foreign policy bosses started their career out of graduate school with TPLF and they know no other Ethiopian reality. Now, with TPLF puf, gone, they are in a shock and you can see it on Blinken's face.

He is having hard time facing an Ethiopian leadership that told him to fuuck off !! That is the new world he will process with a new learning curve. He can negotiate and cooperate with a pressure and there but will not be able to dictate Ethiopia.

If America wants to be our friend, welcome ! If Americas want to bully Ethiopia, they will lose the whole region. If they try to use the Egyptian-Sudanese proxy to wage war on us, Egypt will be in the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood and Sudan in the hands of Isis !!

“Do you envision peacekeepers?”

What is she talking about? For what? Where? These people just want to create chaos and more work for their friends in UN and NGOs.

Fact,
You know these arrogant politicians think! The black congresswoman from California probably has zero knowledge about Ethiopia or Eritrea. All that is happening is that she gets a call from her black friend, Susan Rice.

Here is our problem: African leaders are stupid, slavish and corrupt. A people as large as Africa should have an influence on who America appoints to be the assistant Sec for Africa. Most of Africa can't do that and that is why Rice acts as if we are here banana republic. Well, now she notices.

There is now a New Horn of Africa! They will wake up to it !

The Arrogance of Biden Diplomats and The Limits of American Power

Just for a moment reflect on today's decision of UNSC on Ethiopia. You can slice it however you want, American anti-Ethiopia agenda at the UNSC was uncalled for, stupid, and devoid of factual basis. Any entity with average knowledge of the facts on the ground would not accuse Ethiopia of relative to the issues in Tigray. Tigray is in crisis as a direct result of TPLF terrorism.

As I have noted in the opening comment, Blinken is not an African expert. Susan Rice is not an Ethiopian expert; she does not know Ethiopia. She knows TPLF. Linda Thomas, I have never heard of her as Ethiopia expert. Blinken is not even a student of Africa.

So you see, this is how America runs its world diplomacy - with personal power seekers with little knowledge of the task and zero grasp of the complexities and gravity of meddling in the lives other people whom they possess little or no understanding.

As the result, America has suffered its first diplomatic defeat in Africa - a totally unforced error. The world just learned that America can no more simply dictate its wishes, illusions and arrogance on others at will.

America had no need to accuse Ethiopia on a world body, Ethiopia a founding nation of the League and the UN. America was defeated. Now, Biden must replace Linda Thomas, an incompetent bad story for his global agenda. Biden also needs to advise Blinken to take his time to do his learning curve as the chief diplomat of USA.

The UNSC Ethiopian vote is a clear defeat on the part of America's policy toward Ethiopia if not Africa.

Why should ethiopian care about this man's stupidity? The ethiopian government must finish what it's legitimate undertaking without giving attention to the US misguided policy. The last thing we want is giving in to US unacceptable demand.just finish the TPLF scumbugs while this man gambles arrogantly. after all we are not their poodle. or are we? May be we should learn a thing or two from Eritrea.
