የፌደራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት አራዳ ምድብ ችሎት ወ/ሮ ኬሪያ ኢብራሂም፣ የትግራይ ክልል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ፕሬዝዳንት የነበሩት ወ/ሮ ሕርቲ ምህረተአብ እና የክልሉ መንግስት አማካሪ የነበሩት ወልደጊዮርጊስ ደስታ፣ እንዲሁም በእነ አባይ ወልዱ የክስ መዝገብ ላይ ከሚገኙ ተከሳሾች ውስጥ አምደማርያም ተፈራ በ30 ሺ ብር ዋስ እንዲለቀቁ ወሰነ፡፡
ወ/ሮ ኬሪያ ኢብራሂም በወንጀለኛ መቅጫ ስነ ስርዓት ሕግ አንቀጽ 28 መሰረት በዋስ እንዲለቀቁ ተወስኗል፡፡
በእነ አባይ ወልዱ መዝገብ 9 ሰዎች ቀዳሚ ምርመራ ቀርቦባቸዋል፤ ቀዳሚ ምርመራ እስኪሰማ ድረስ ማረሚያ ይቆዩ ብሎ አቃቤ ሕግ ያቀረበውን ጥያቄ ፍርድ ቤቱ ተቀብሏል፡፡
ወ/ሮ ሙሉ ገ/እዝግአብሔር በወንጀል ስለሚፈለጉ ማረሚያ ቤት እንዲቆዩ ፍርድ ቤቱ አዟል፡፡

Wedi, keria is a [deleted], everybody in terrorist-tigray-tplf camp fukkked this slutt. And i heard she is pregnant nobody knows who is z father. Either way wrong move abiy, she have left her die in prison fkkking [deleted].

Let us try to believe the court is an independent institution. Abiy should not repeat the mistake of the past : a time where politicians order judges to release their favorite prisoners.
I think in this case the court orders prevailed without a politician intervention.

I believe her early distancing from the tplf may have helped her case as well.
So or so, we eri envy you ethios at least you have courts, judges, rules, regulations, lawyers and what have you and the convicted are brought to a court of law and which is unique in my country.
