UN, USA, EU, Africa Union should put preconditions for an independent investigation into genocide of Tigray people and the destruction of properties.

1. The Regional Government of Tigray and The Regional Parliament should be re-instated.

2) Tigray will have it's own airport and air defense.

3) Tigray will it's own bank independent of Ethiopia dirty banks

40 The Tigray Orthodox Church will have it's own patriarch

5) TDF will have to be on alert as any invasion could be imminent

6) Each Tigrayan older than 10 years and younger than 70 will have civil defense training

7) Agriculture will be massively supported to avoid dependency on foreign aid

Looted factories, universities, hospitals, clinics, schools will be getting compensation from the party who looted them

9) The issue of remaining within Ethiopia or forming own country shall be decided by referendum

10) TPLF will be one of the political groups in Tigray. Other political groups shall join the government. We need to bring to justice criminals in TPLF and punish if any evidence to support allegation of crimes. We need to be critical of TPLF
