The TPLF camp is calling መንከባለል and መንደባለል kind of demonstration at the embassies of Russia and China in Washington DC for March 11. UNSC's no agreement is a big blow. They loose the war in Tigray, and now starting to taste the big defeat in the diplomacy field.
