1. Higdef was invited by the internationally recognized government aka the ruling EPRDF to join them.
2. Libya? Well, Turkey was invited by the internationally recognized government in Tripoli to assist them.
3. Yemen? The saudis and emirates were invited to help by the internationally recognized government of yemen albeit in exile.
4. Syria? Well it is an internationally recognized sovereign state. It invited the Russians to assist.
Hence, hgdef troops are in tigray upon invitation by a sovereign state aka abyi's ethiopia. Just an assumption. Why? 2 years long both issu and abyi were meeting publicly and secretly and they even brought the somali formajjo to their fold but no one has clue concerning their secret deals behind the curtain.
