Please don't take it personal. My attempt is not to defend the outrageous Martin Plaut but to encourage you and others to speak the truth, rather than use misleading untruths to fight against lies. To uphold the truth is a basic and fundamental behavior necessary for societal harmony. To mislead others would not be the right thing to do. The truth ultimately overcomes ignorance and defeats deceit and lies (often sources of conflicts and violence). There can never be social trust, peace and progress without justice, and justice cannot prevail without the knowledge/discovery of the truth. Let us make the truth our common ground for fraternal cooperation.
