This statement by USA is actually an insult towards a sovereign nation Ethiopia.
Logically as a sovereign nation, it was Ethiopia either should demand that the Eritrean troops vacate Ethio territories (if there are any) or declare war against Eritrea, to expel its forces in its lands.
USA seems to demand a woman to claim that she was raped when the woman herself said that she was never raped.
