There is no period of limitation for prosecution of war crimes - meaning they can be tried anyday in their entire life. The soldiers who are committing these heinous crimes are young. I am sure you have heard of 70, 80 years old nazis being tried for crimes they committed during World War II. Things will not remain as they are - obviously. These soldiers will definitely pay for their crimes one day.
