If there are terrorists inside any country, it is the responsibility of all the regional powers to get together and destroy the terrorists.
This didn't start with Ethiopia and its neighboring friendly countries.
The USA actually goes 10s of thousand miles off its shores to kill the terrorists with cooperation of other friendly countries.
